Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and lightweight instantaneous operation magnetization device which can deal even with a magnetization coil of high resistance value.SOLUTION: An instantaneous operation magnetization device 1 includes power source lines L1, L2 for connection with a commercial AC power supply 2, a charging circuit 11 including a capacitor 16, a first rectifier cell 17 allowing a current flowing from a power source line L0 to the capacitor 16, and a second rectifier cell 18 allowing a current flowing from the capacitor 16 to the power source line L1, a discharge circuit 12 including a first switching device 19 for controlling a current flowing from the power source line L1 to the capacitor 16, and a second switching device 20 for controlling a current flowing from the capacitor 16 to the power source line L0, a magnetization coil 13 for connection with the discharge circuit 12, a circuit breaker 14 activated when the current flowing through the discharge circuit 12 exceeds a prescribed level, and a phase control circuit 15 for supplying a control signal to the switching devices 19, 20 based on the voltage levels of the power source lines L0, L1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
