Title:
INSTANTANEOUS VOLTAGE DROP COMPENSATION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007236086
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an instantaneous voltage drop compensation device that prevents a fuel cell or a load connected to the cell from being influenced by voltage fluctuations, even if the voltage supplied from a commercial power source drops instantaneously.

The instantaneous voltage drop compensation device 10a comprises a charging/discharging means that performs the charging and discharging of electric power and a voltage drop detection means that detects the voltage drop that is outputted from the commercial power source 1 to the compensation device 10a. Furthermore, the device has a voltage supply means, such that if the voltage drop is detected, outputs a voltage to a second load 4 and the fuel cell 2, by adding a voltage by the dropped portion to a voltage outputted from the commercial power source 1 to the compensation device 10a.
