Abstract:
To secure performance of preventing erroneous detection of droplets, and detecting droplets even when a flow amount of droplets is excessive.SOLUTION: An instillation monitoring device 1 includes: a droplet count processing unit 84 for executing count processing of counting a change of a signal as droplets when a change of a signal detected by a signal change detection unit 82 satisfies a prescribed count condition; an interval detection unit 85 for detecting an interval between droplets; and a count cancel unit 86 for not counting a change of a signal as droplets when a change of a signal detected by the signal change detection unit 82 satisfies a prescribed count cancel condition. The count cancel unit 86 counts a change of a signal as droplets when a previous interval of droplets detected by the interval detection unit 85 is below a second term Ta longer than a first term and a change of a signal detected by the signal change detection unit 82 satisfies a count cancel condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
