Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable even an untrained person to efficiently perform an instruction work on inspection field position and inspection order.
CONSTITUTION: After setting a circumscribed quadrilateral 36 including all parts 37 inside an inspection object region 35, an inspection field 30 is scanned rightward from the left bottom corner of the circumscribed quadrilateral 36 along the bottom side of the quadrilateral 36 to search one of part 37. When a part 37 comes in the inspection field 30, the inspection field 30 position is finely controlled so that parts 38, 39 nearby are also included in the inspection field 30 and the position after controlling and inspection order are instructed. When the rightward scan reaches the right side of the circumscribed quadrilateral 36, a circumscribed quadrilateral including all the other parts than the parts already instructed is newly set, and the scan is continued from the right bottom corner of the circumscribed quadrilateral along the bottom side of the circumscribed quadrilateral.
