To provide an indication system, an indication program, and an indicator for suppressing the ambiguity of an indication location due to an annotation image on the actual object side.

A server 50 is provided so as to transmit images captured by a plurality of video cameras 20 for capturing the images of an object 200 to a terminal 100, and cause a projector 40 to project an annotation image AN to the object 200 so as to represent the annotation corresponding to an indication implemented in the terminal 100 based on the captured images. The server 50 creates a group of three-dimensional location information of the annotation image AN within the captured images based on a comparison result of the captured images by a stereo method. If a difference between the location information regarding an adjacent depth is predetermined value or more, a projection mode of the annotation image AN is changed.
