To provide an alarming device for instruments, enhancing alarming performance by alarm sounds without bringing about deterioration of the sound quality.

The alarming device for instruments is installed on a vehicle on-board instrument 2 to indicate a vehicle conditional value using a display unit 3, and gives a warning about a vehicle situation via an alarm sound emitted from an alarm unit 1. In the alarming device, an instrument control unit 4 corrects the sound pressure amplifying factor of the alarm sound set in accordance with the vehicle situation to be alarmed in compliance with the environmental temperature acquired through sensing with a temperature sensor 32. An acoustic apparatus 12 of the alarm unit 1 emits thereby an alarm sound with the sound pressure amplification factor corrected by the instrument control unit 4.
