Abstract:
To spray moisture, which is a mixture of steam and mist and is not hot, or either steam or mist against the human skin or hair, to make an instrument hand-holdable, and to ensure the safety even when the instrument is tilted.
An instrument is equipped with the following parts: A device (a) for spraying steam sprays steam produced by heating water in a tank (ST) for steam with a heater 10 from a nozzle 17 for spraying steam. A device (b) for spraying mist sprays liquid supplied from a tank 18 for mist from a nozzle 20 for spraying mist. The nozzle 17 for spraying steam and the nozzle 20 for spraying mist are placed closely to each other.
