Title:
INSTRUMENT FOR MEASURING LASER BEAM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH03269328
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily compare laser beams by providing this laser beam measuring instrument with plural subtracting counter circuits each of which subtracts a previously set preset value at every input of a measuring timing signal, and when the subtracted result becomes zero, outputs measuring trigger signals to respective transient recorders. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed value is previously preset in each subtracting counter circuit 28, which inputs measuring timing signals C1 to Cn+1 from a timing computing circuit 24. The circuit 28 subtracts '1' from the preset value at every input of respective signals C1 to Cn+1. When the counted value becomes zero, the circuit 28 outputs measuring trigger signal f1 to fn+1 to respective transient recorders 26a to 26n+1.
