SOLUTION: In this instrument provided with a magnetic flux sensor 42 between magnetic flux rings 38, 40, and provided with magnetic flux concentrators 46, 48 related to the magnetic flux sensor 42, the magnetic flux concentrators 46, 48 subsume the magnetic flux rings 38, 40.
