Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the apparatus and the method, which can measure the measurement targets provided at the required measuring parts of both left and right surfaces of a long member to be measured automatically and continuously by NC control.
CONSTITUTION: On a smooth foundation floor slab 2, reference holders 1 and a guide holder 4 are arranged, respectively. The reference holders 1 mount and set a member to be measured 3 such as a long plate girder, on which measurement targets are provided at the required measuring parts on the left and right sides. The guide holder 4 has the central axial line, which intersects the center axis of the reference holder 1 at a right angle. A three-dimensional automatic measuring device 9 is movably mounted on the guide holder 4. The three-dimensional automatic measuring device 9 undergoes NC control by a control board 5, wherein design-value data of the member to be measured are inputted, and stops at two positions (c) and (d), where the measuring targets 6, 7 and 8 provided on the member to be measured 3 are individually collimated. The three-dimensional automatic measuring device 9 collimates each measuring target, and the image is processed. The obtained all three-dimensional measured data and the design-value data of the member to be measured, which are inputted beforehand, are compared and operated in the control board 5.
