PURPOSE: To automatically edit and output the result by measuring the utilization information of the various resources of a system without adding any change to the target processing program of an object to measure the utilization information.

CONSTITUTION: This instrument is composed of a processing start information sampling means 1 for sampling information at the time of starting the processing of a target processing program 5 as the object to measure the utilization information of the various resources of the system, target processing calling means 2 for calling and executing the target processing program 5, processing end information sampling means 3 for sampling information at the time of finishing the processing of the target program 5, and statistic utilization measured result editing means 4 for automatically editing the sampled statistic utilization measured result.
