PURPOSE: To protect passengers at the time of collision by soildly forming a clash pad part and an instrument panel part into one instrument panel with use of the same plastics.

CONSTITUTION: An instrument panel part 1 is made from glass fiber mat reinforced urethane, and a laminate 2a in the clash pad part 2 and a core part 2b are also constituted by half-cured polyurethane identical to the instrument panel as their matrix. For example, foaming magnification of the laminate 2a in the instrument panel part 1 and the clash pad part is set to be between once and twice, that of the one in the core part 2b in the clash pad part 2 set to be between 3W10 times, the thickness in the part 1 set to be between 2W4mm, and the thickness in the laminate 2a set to be between 0.2W2mm.
