To make it possible to properly check whether or not a combination of an instrument and a transformer is correct.SOLUTION: An instrument transformer combination check system includes: related information 31, 32 provided in a combined instrument K and transformer H for associating the instrument K with the transformer H and the related information 31, 32 of the combined instrument K and transformer H; construction information storage means for storing construction information including an installation place of the instrument K and the transformer H; a smartphone 4 that is used by a construction company M for installing the instrument K and the transformer H, capable of acquiring a current position, and capable of reading related the information 31, 32 from the instrument K and the transformer H; and check means for determining whether or not the related information 31, 32 read by the smartphone 4 and a current position respectively match the related information 31, 32 included in the construction information and the installation place.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
