The subject instrument contains the piezoelectric device having a piezoelectric element consisting of a piezoelectric material and a plurality of electrodes each of which is arranged on both sides of the piezoelectric element and formed by a thin metallic film pattern. A groove is arranged on the piezoelectric element on the outside of each of the electrodes.
