Abstract:
To provide an insulated conductor which prevents partial discharge, is excellent in adhesion between an insulation film and the conductor and prevents cracking, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: An insulated conductor 10 has a conductor 11 and an insulation film 12 provided on the surface of the conductor 11, in which the insulation film 12 has a fluorine-containing resin composition layer 13 containing a thermosetting resin and a fluorine resin, and a fluorine concentration gradient layer 14 which is arranged between the conductor 11 and the fluorine-containing resin composition layer 13, contains a thermosetting resin and a fluorine resin, and has a concentration gradient such that a fluorine atom content is reduced toward the conductor from the fluorine-containing resin composition layer side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
