Abstract:
To provide a heat insulating container that allows a user himself or herself to arbitrarily set an optimum temperature for heat-insulating an object of heat insulation.SOLUTION: A heat insulating container 1 having a heat storage agent for heat insulating an object of heat insulation by the heat storage agent includes: a housing 10 with a concave cross section in which a vacuum heat insulation layer 13 is provided between the outer surface 11 and the inner surface 12; a container body 20 with a concave cross section provided inside the inner surface 12 of the housing 10, into which the object of heat insulation is stored; a heat storage agent accommodation part 30 provided between the housing 10 and the container body 20 for accommodating the heat storage agent so that it can be taken out; and a container opening/closing part 60 for opening or closing the opening of the container body 20 and the opening of the heat storage agent accommodation part 30. The heat storage agent accommodated in the heat storage agent accommodation part is accommodated in a smaller amount when a fusion temperature of the heat storage agent is lower than a retention temperature of the object of heat insulation than when the fusion temperature of the heat storage agent is equal to the retention temperature of the object of heat insulation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
