PURPOSE: To carry out complicated process in a large area by applying mixed solution of polytitanocarbosilane and inorganic filler on the surface of a metal sheet and heat treating.
CONSTITUTION: Bonding is carried out on a stainless sheet, and the surface of said stainless sheet is spray coated directly with solution composed of a mixture of xylene solution of polytitanocarbosilane and inorganic filler to form a film. The film of approximately 10 μm thickness is formed by one spray coating. Spray application of xylene solution composed of polytitanocarbosilane and inoganic filler and drying the same area repeated two or three times to form a coated film of 30 - 40 μm thickness. The stainless sheet on which a coated film is formed is heat treated in the atmosphere.
