To provide an insulated joy stick support structure which can cope with various attaching/detaching situations, by absorbing the load caused by the inclination of a hand grip, concerning an insulated joy stick which attaches the body to a cable or detaches the body from the cable, to support it in an insulation state.
This insulated joy stick support structure allows the user to attach the main body 10 to the cable or detach the body from it, supports the body in an insulation state by mounting one end shaped like a bar to the body 10 to be attached to a hot-line cable at high-place work and holding the other end, and is provided with the insulating joy stick 30 which is bar-shaped and is attached to the body 10 or detached from it via a joint 32 at one end. The body 10, which has an engaging part 12 for attaching the insulated joy stick 30 or detaching it, and an adaptor 20, where a new joint 22 and an engaging part 24 having the same form as the joint 32 of the insulating joy stick 30 and the engaging part 12 of the main body 10 are arranged on both sides each; and by installing an elastic member 26 interposed between them, the load due to the inclination of the insulated joy stick 30 supporting the body 10 is absorbed with the elastic member 26 of the adaptor 20.
