Abstract:

To provide an insulated wire having excellent heat dissipation performance.SOLUTION: An insulated wire according to one embodiment has a linear metal conductor, an insulating layer laminated on the outer periphery side of the metal conductor, and a thermal fusion layer that is laminated on the outer periphery side and the outermost side of the insulating layer and expands by heating. The thermal fusion layer has a matrix mainly made up of synthetic resin, a tabular or scaly heat-radiating filler dispersed in the matrix, and a foaming agent dispersed in the matrix. A content of the heat-radiating filler relative to the synthetic resin is 10 vol.% or more and 60 vol.% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
