Abstract:
PURPOSE: An insulating coating compound useful for hot melt coating, not causing environmental pollution, obtained by adding a specific ether compound as a solvent to a polyester type resin.
CONSTITUTION: (A) 30wt% or less of one or more ether compounds, preferably diethylene glycol dimethyl ether, shown by the formula (R1 and R2 are 1W6C alkyl, phenyl; n is 2 or 3; X is 2 or 3) as a solvent are added to (B) ≤70wt% polyester resin (e.g., polyester resin), to give the desired coating compound.
EFFECT: Not damaging the appearance of coating, having improved solubility, and no problem with respect to smell.
