Abstract:
To provide an insulating heat radiation material and an insulating film which improve both voltage resistance and thermal conductivity in a balanced manner.SOLUTION: An insulating heat radiation material contains a resin and a filler, in which the filler contains inorganic particles having a particle diameter of 2.5 μm or less, inorganic particles having a particle diameter of 0.6 μm or less and inorganic particles having a particle diameter of 0.2 μm or less, a content of the inorganic particles having the particle diameter of 2.5 μm or less is within a range of 50 vol.% or more and 80 vol.% or less of volume concentration in the insulating heat radiation material, a content of the inorganic particles having the particle diameter of 0.6 μm or less is within a range of 16 vol.% or more and 24 vol.% or less of volume concentration in the insulating heat radiation material, and a content of the inorganic particles having the particle diameter of 0.2 μm or less is within a range of 6 vol.% or more and 12 vol.% or less of volume concentration in the insulating heat radiation material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
