Abstract:

To provide an insulating laminated body which is excellent on heat-resistance and shows good insulation, and a manufacturing method for an insulating laminated body.

Crystal metal oxide particles are blended in a metal-ion solution, a coated film is formed on a metal base board, and the insulating laminated body is formed by laminating an insulating layer including amorphous metal oxide and crystal metal oxide particles on the base board without giving any damage on the metal base plate by heating the metal-ion included in the coated film at suitable temperature wherein the metal-ion is approximately oxidized at an amorphous state and by using a method for making the metal oxide particles firmly sticking on the metal base board.
