Abstract:

PURPOSE: To form an insulated part strong against also scratching and wearing or heat changing by covering an exposed conductive part of an electronic part with a polybenzazole system resin.

CONSTITUTION: At least an exposed conductive part of an electronic part is covered with a polybenzazole system resin. As the polybenzazole system resin, a compound in a formula I can be used, but, for instance, polybenzimidazole system resin in a formula II and polybenzthiazole system resin in a formula III or polybenzoxazole system resin in a formula IV are preferable.
