Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC/DC converter capable of supplying power to a secondary side controller, without using an auxiliary winding of the secondary side of the transformer.SOLUTION: On the secondary side of an insulating synchronous rectification type DC/DC converter 200, there are provided a first capacitor C1 and an auxiliary power supply 400 in addition to a synchronous rectification transistor M2 and a secondary side controller 300. One end of the first capacitor C1 is connected to a first node N1 which connects the synchronous rectification transistor M2 to a secondary winding W2. The auxiliary power supply 400 charges the first capacitor C1 with a voltage Vof an output line 212, and also stabilizes a voltage between both ends of the first capacitor C1. A grounding voltage of the secondary side controller 300 is obtained from the first node N1, and a power voltage of the secondary side controller 300 is obtained from another end of the first capacitor C1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
