Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation barrier mounting structure of a switch in which mounting workability is improved by mounting an insulation barrier to a base plate through a simple one-touch push operation.SOLUTION: An insulation barrier 7 is mounted to a base of an isolator to insulate phases or grounds. In the mounting structure, the insulation barrier 7 is mounted to a base plate 2d of the base via a stopper 11. The stopper 11 is a resin molding article in which an engage leg piece 11c is integrally conjugated and formed at a distal end side of a mounting substrate 11a via a U-shaped connection piece 11b and engage grooves 11a-1 and 11c-1 of which the cross section is U-shaped, are formed back to back on the mounting substrate 11a and the engage leg piece 11c. While fixing the mounting substrate 11a to a rear edge of the insulation barrier 7, the connection piece 2d is pushed into an engage hole (angular hole) 2d-1 opened on the base plate 2d, and the mounting substrate 11a and the engage leg piece 11c are fitted. In such a state, the stopper 11 is snap-fit coupled to the base plate 2d of the base with bending elasticity of the connection piece 12b.
