PURPOSE: To obtain a rush-mat floor insulation board reusable and convenient for use while resolving a problem from the viewpoint of industrial waste treat ment and a production method therefor.
CONSTITUTION: In a first process, wastes of physiological products using polyethylene, nonwoven fabrics, or paper pulps as a base are ground and fibrillated with the inclusion of a binder. In a second process, paper making wood sludge is fibrilled and kneaded with the primary material obtained in the first process. In a finishing process, the secondary material obtained in the second process is made into paper, dried, pressurized, and cut. An insulation board is produced through the aforesaid processe. The material mainly composed of powder of physiological product waste using polyethylene, nonwoven fabrics, and paper pulps as a base and paper making wood sludge is molded into a board while enhancing a binding power by a binder.
