Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation coating powder coating apparatus that securely prevents adhesion of a powder coating material to a portion to which powder cannot be adhered without worsening workability of powder coating to coil end parts.SOLUTION: A power container 11 used for an insulation coating powder coating apparatus 10 includes: a side wall 12, annularly formed for immersing coil end parts 3A arranged annularly; a bulged portion 13, for bulging outward a part of the side wall 12, provided near a portion H to which powder cannot be adhered, disposed outside of the side wall 12, which does not perform powder coating; and a rectification plate 25, disposed separately from the bulged portion 13 in the power container 11, for rectifying circulation of a powder coating material S in the bulged portion 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
