To provide an insulation composite of which thermal resistance, electric property, mechanical property or the like are same as that of cross-linked polyethylene, keeping the same properties when recycled.
The insulation composite is a blend polymer with melt tension of 1-25, at least containing polyethylene with high density and polyethylene with low density. Antioxidant, carbon black with weathering property, or weathering property improving agent of hindered amine group are mixed to the blend polymer of which the total number of functional group like methyl group, methyl side chain, isopropyl group, tertiary alcohol group, vinyl group, and vinylidene group, trans-vinylene group in the polyethylene molecule per 1,000 carbon atoms is 100 or less. Metallocene polyethylene may be contained in the blend polymer.
