Abstract:
To provide an insulation cover capable of obtaining an insulation effect with a simple constitution.
The insulation cover comprises an insulation layer 2 made of a mixture of carbon fibers and polyester fibers, a coating film layer 3 composed of a nonwoven fabric covering one face of the insulation layer, a ceramic coating layer 4 covering the surface of the coating film layer and an adhesive layer 5 of an adhesive tape provided on the other face. The ceramic coating layer is formed by coating a ceramic insulation coating on the surface of the coating film layer 3, and when the insulation cover 1 for pipe is used, the pipe covered by the insulation cover is insulated by the insulation layer 2 and the ceramic coating layer.
