Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, in manufacturing an insulation cylinder comprising an insulation part made from insulating rubber and a stress cone part made from semiconductive rubber, of the stress cone part being deformed in molding the insulation part.SOLUTION: A cable termination connection structure comprises: a power cable 1 on which terminal treatment has been performed; and an insulation cylinder 8 attached to a terminal treatment part of the power cable 1. The insulation cylinder 8 comprises an insulating part 13 formed from insulating rubber and an internal semiconductive part 12, external semiconductive part 14, and stress cone part 15 that are individually formed from semiconductive rubber. The insulating part 13 includes an edge cutting part 16 for electrically separating the external semiconductive part 14 from the stress cone part 15. The external semiconductive part 14 includes a skirt part 20 that extends to the edge cutting part 16 side while being inclined relative to the insulation cylinder 8's central axis. The skirt part 20's inner peripheral surface is a conic surface having a uniform inclination from a base end to an extension end of the skirt part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
