Title:
INSULATION ELECTRODE BOARD APPLYING HIGH VOLTAGE FOR FRYER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002165705
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an insulation electrode board to apply high voltage for a fryer with which a cook can safely cook without getting an electric shock and without lowering a commercial value.

In a square state electrode board with laying dozen of metal vertical rods between facing two metal horizontal rods, an insulating material which is innocuous regarding food hygiene and has heat resistance is applied on the surface of the vertical metal rods and the horizontal metal rods and insulation members are placed on the four corners. Moreover, an electrode wire to apply the high voltage on the electrode board, which has resistances to high voltage and heat is connected to one end of the electrode board or is laid on the rear side of the electrode board with loop or wave shaped. On all over the surface of the electrode board which is the former wire netting for fryer, the insulating material which is innocuous regarding food hygiene and has resistance to heat is applied. The insulation members are placed on the four corners, moreover, the electrode wire to apply the high voltage, which has resistances to high voltage and heat is laid on the rear side of electrode board with loop or wave shaped.
