Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make the automatic assembly easy and decrease the assembling time, by rotating the coil bobbin and spreading the insulative material such as resin on the outer periphery of the wound coil around the bobbin.

CONSTITUTION: The coil winding 3 is wound around the coil bobbin 1 which has the coil terminal 2 and rotates around the winding axis 8. The nozzle 6 can move in the parallel direction to the winding axis 8 in the range of coil winding between the flanges 5a and 5b of the coil bobbin, and fluxes the insulative material 9 on the coil winding 3. The insulation film in suitable thickness can be formed around the outer periphery of the coil winding 3, by suitably adjusting the space (h) between the outer periphery of the coil winding 3 and the nozzle 6, the exist velocity of the insulative material 9, the diameter of the nozzle 9 and the rotational speed of the coil bobbin 1, and keeping the feed speed V of the nozzle 6 constant. This is applicable to any coil winding 3 regardless of the dimension by changing the moving range of the nozzle 6.
