Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concurrently achieve maintenance of an overcurrent detection protection function of a photocoupler of an insulation gate signal transmission circuit in a switching element and shortening of a transmission delay.SOLUTION: Capacitors 3, 4 are connected in series to an input/output of a pulse transformer 2, and a pulse transformer circuit 13 formed by connecting resistors 11, 12 in parallel and a photocoupler 1 are connected in parallel to each other to generate a gate voltage of a switching element 10.
