To provide an insulation monitoring system which can perform centralized monitoring easily at low cost by enabling itself to measure all of the following items by a sensor built in a circuit breaker, since the necessity of measurement of a leakage current is required in addition to the measurement of a current, voltage, power, electric energy, and a power factor when monitoring a circuit.
This system is equipped with a current transformer which detects a current, a transformer which detects voltage, and a zero-phase current transformer which detects a leakage current at the same time in addition to a switching controller being the function as an essential circuit breaker. Moreover, it has a function of indicating each kind of measurement obtained from the above, and besides it transmits data after conversion into a digitalized signal, so it becomes possible to separate the installation place of a display panel from its measuring part.
