Abstract:
To improve productivity by maintaining a cross section in a U-shape.SOLUTION: An insulation paper folding device 10 comprises: a pair of sandwiching rollers 12, 13 for sandwiching a center part 11a in a width direction of an insulation paper 11; a press roller 21 for pressing a side part 11b of the insulation paper, protruding from the pair of sandwiching rollers in the width direction, against a side surface of one sandwiching roller 12; and rotating means 18 for rotating one of or both of the pair of sandwiching rollers. A recessed groove 12b whose corner part is an acute angle in a cross section of an outer periphery of one sandwiching roller 12 is formed on the outer periphery of the one sandwiching roller, and a bulged stripe 13b for tightly attaching a center part of the insulation paper to the recessed groove 12b is formed on the outer periphery of the other sandwiching roller 13. A pair of clamping and pressing rollers 26, 27 for sandwiching the insulation paper are provided, and a pair of recessed stripes 27b are formed with a prescribed interval on the outer periphery of one clamping and pressing roller, and a stripe 26b for dropping both sides of the center part of the insulation paper into the recessed stripes 27b to apply a fold line 11c is formed on the outer periphery of the other clamping and pressing roller 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
