To obtain an insulating spacer which can properly keep a stress state at an interface between an implanted electrode for conductor support and a main body of the insulating spacer by a simple constitution.
This insulating spacer is equipped with a discoidal insulating spacer main body 9 and an implanted electrode 3 for conductor support which has electrode planes 3a and 3b that are extended in extensional directions of the planes 9a and 9b forming paired end faces of the discoidal insulating spacer main body 9 and is made integrally with the discoidal insulating spacer main body 9. The spacer has an elastically transformable thin projection 3c at the interface between the implanted electrode 3 for conductor support and the insulating spacer main body 9. The thin projection 3c projects from the planes 3a and 3b of the electrode so as to reduce a tearing force P working in the vertical direction to the interface between the implanted electrode 3 for conductor support and the insulating spacer main body 9.
