Abstract:
To provide an insulation structure capable of facilitating construction and partial repair and furtner preventing the falling, pushing-out or the like of an insulation material, split blocks used therefor, and a construction method and a repair method for the insulation structure.SOLUTION: An insulation structure covering a water-cooling pipe comprises: a plurality of annular blocks adjacent in an axial direction so as to surround the circumference of a water-cooling pipe; and a supporting structure obtained by curing castable refractories filled among the plurality of annular blocks and the water-cooling pipe. Each annular block consists of: annularly combined two or more split blocks; and removable fixing tools fixing the adjacent split blocks each other, and each split block has an uneven structure for being supported by the castable refractory at the inner circumferential face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
