Title:
INSULATIVE CROSSARM FOR ELECTRIC RAILWAY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001080392
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To secure sufficient insulation clearance and strength by means of a simple structure by coaxially connecting a supporting metal fitting lockable to a structure to one end of an insulator while connecting an L-shaped hanging metal fitting to the other end for integrally constituting an insulative crossarm and connecting a suspension clamp at the tip of the L-shaped hanging metal fitting for gripping an AT feeder.

In the insulator 1, connection flanges 1a, 1b are arranged in both ends. A supporting metal fitting 2 provided with connection flanges 2a, 2b in both ends is connected coaxially and integrally to the connection flange 1a via one connection flange 2a by means of a bolt and mounted on a supporting structure S via the other connection flange 2b. The L-shaped hanging metal fitting 3 is provided with a connection flange 3a in one end so as to be connected coaxially with the other end flange 1b of the insulator by means of a bolt with the tip directed downward. A suspension clamp 6 is constructed of a connecting metal fitting 6a having bolt holes in the upper and lower ends orthogonally to each other and a feeder clamping clip 6b in the lower part, each of them is connected by means of a bolt rotationally around the bolt axis, and an AT feeder is clamped by means of the feeder clamping clip 6b and connected by means of a bolt so as to be suspended in the structure.
