Abstract:
To provide insulator porcelain which has low dielectric constant, excellent chemical stability and a high Q value and can be fired at low temperature of ≤1,000°C.
This insulator porcelain comprises MgAl2O4-based ceramic and borosilicate glass containing lithium and magnesium and contains precipitated MgAl2O4 crystal phase and precipitated Li2MgSiO4 crystal phase.
