Abstract:
To provide an insulator replacement device capable of being attached with no limitation to the number of insulators, and of replacing only the insulators that need to be replaced among a plurality of the connected insulators.SOLUTION: Insulator fixtures 11 each are attached to two insulators 100 between which an insulator 100 that is an object to be replaced is sandwiched. One side edge of one insulator fixture 11 is relatively pulled onto a side of the one side edge of another insulator fixture 11 by setting another side edge of the one insulator fixture 11 as a support point. Tension from a power-transmission line to the insulator 100 that is the object to be replaced is released, and the insulator 100 that is the object to be replaced is replaced to a new insulator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
