Abstract:
To provide an insurance product interaction recording system that can acquire an interaction history in an insurance application procedure.SOLUTION: A control unit 17 of a terminal 10 in an insurance system 1 receives an input operation of consumer information from an operation unit 21, and displays image information related to an application of an insurance on a display unit 22 by control of a control unit of a server at each stage of an insurance product application process. A control unit 40 of an agency server 20 associates and stores the consumer information, already-displayed image information on a display image displayed at each stage, and display time point information when the display image is displayed as interaction history information of an interaction history storage unit 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
