Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake air control system capable of being locked at a cold-starting position even when increasing the opening of a throttle valve in the case of closing a choke valve the time of cold-starting, and improving startability.
SOLUTION: This intake air control system is equipped with an elastic coupling member 40 elastically coupling a throttle first linking lever 41 to a throttle second linking lever 42 so as to integrally rotate. When a choke linking member 60 is rotated to a cold-starting position with a choke valve 30, the throttle first linking 41 is rotated to the cold-starting position with a throttle valve 20 and the throttle second linking sever 42 by the choke linking member 60. The choke linking member 60 and the throttle first linking sever 41 are engaged and locked each other so as to hold the cold-starting position against the energizing force of a choke returning energizing member 80 and a throttle returning energizing member.
