Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake air volume regulation device capable of preventing accumulation of water and fuel in a crank passage, while trapping dust such as carbon in the crank passage.SOLUTION: An intake air volume regulation device 1 includes a bypass 8 connecting an upstream side and a downstream side of a part where a throttle valve 4 of an intake passage 2 of a throttle body 3 is disposed, while bypassing the part, and a bypass valve 10 for opening and closing the bypass 8 in a valve guide hole 9 formed in the bypass 8. The bypass 8 is composed of an upstream-side bypass 8a at an upstream side of the valve guide hole 9, and a downstream-side bypass 8b at the downstream side. A crank passage 19 of the upstream-side bypass 8a is provided with an inclined passage 20 from a position adjacent to an end portion at an upper passage 19a side of an intermediate passage 19c to a lower end side of a lower passage 19b.
