Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake amount adjustment device in which a collision portion or a driven gear is not broken by a load occurring in collision with a fully closed stopper.SOLUTION: An intake amount adjustment device 1 includes: a lever member 8 fixed to a shaft 4 supporting a throttle valve 5 opening/closing an intake passage 2, and contacting with a fully closed stopper 7; a return spring 11 energizing the lever member in a closing direction C of the throttle valve 5; and a driving motor 9 rotating a driven gear 10 in an opening direction O of the throttle valve 5. In the intake amount adjustment device, provided are: a buffer member 14 energizing the lever member 8 and the driven gear 10 in the closing direction C and opening direction O of the throttle valve 5 respectively; and engagement parts 15a, 15b preventing the lever member and the driven gear from rotating in the closing direction C and the opening direction O respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
