Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent accumulation of a large amount of condensed water in an intake passage.SOLUTION: An intake condensed water treatment device includes an intake air cooling device 6 arranged in an intake passage 1 of an engine E, an exhaust recirculation passage 13 for recirculating a part of exhaust gas from an exhaust passage 2 to the intake passage 1 on the upstream side of the intake air cooling device 6 as recirculation gas, moisture content estimation means 21 for estimating a moisture content in intake air passing through the intake passage 1, an atomizer 31 disposed on the intake air cooling device 6 or in the intake passage 1 on the downstream side thereof, and atomizer control means 30 for controlling operation of the atomizer 31. The atomizer control means 30 operates the atomizer 31 when the moisture content estimated by the moisture content estimation means 21 exceeds a saturated steam amount at a temperature in the intake passage 1, and stops the operation of the atomizer 31 when the estimated moisture content is equal to or less than the saturated steam amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
