Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake control device for a motorcycle, capable of avoiding ill effects on a motor due to scattering stones, slurry, or etc.SOLUTION: An intake control device 1 includes a motor 7 for rotating a throttle shaft 4 to open/close an intake passage 2 of a throttle body 3, and a motor storage part 8. The throttle shaft 4 extends in the cross direction of the motorcycle. The motor 7 and the motor storage part 8 are located on the side face on one side of the throttle body 3 with respect to a plane including the center axes of the throttle shaft 4 and the intake passage 2, and the rotating shaft of the motor 7 is arranged in parallel to the throttle shaft 4. On the side face on one side, at both sides of the motor storage part 8 in a direction along the throttle shaft 4, a plurality of first mounting parts 15a, 15b are provided on which a plurality of protection members 16a, 16b can be mounted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
