Abstract:
To further reduce manufacturing cost and the size of an intake control device even when a bypass passage is provided in a body.SOLUTION: A throttle body 16 of an intake control device 10 includes a bypass adjustment mechanism 24 disposed in a bypass passage 22 and capable of adjusting intake amount of idling intake air flowing in the bypass passage 22. A control valve 68 of the bypass adjustment mechanism 24 is provided to enable sliding relative to a connection passage 44 of the throttle body 16. An upstream side passage part 40 constituting the bypass passage 22 and communicating with an upstream side of a valve 20 is connected to the connection passage 44 via an upstream port 64, and a downstream side passage part 42 constituting the bypass passage 22 and communicating with a downstream side of the valve 20 is connected via a downstream port 66. Viewed from an opening direction of the downstream port 66, the upstream port 64 is disposed within a movement range S of a metering part 104 in the control valve 68.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
