To provide an intake control unit for internal combustion engines for adjusting a fully closed clearance finely while abolishing a screw for adjusting a fully closed opening.
The fully closed clearance can be adjusted finely by providing a circular fitting hole 44 for fitting a connection section 27 at one axial end section of a throttle shaft 3 relatively rotatably to the inner-periphery section of a valve gear 7 and hence rotating the connection section 27 of the throttle shaft 3 in the fitting hole 44 to achieve a fully closed position while a fully closed stopper section 47 provided in the valve gear 7 is abutting a fully closed stopper provided in a throttle body. More specifically, the fully closed clearance can be adjusted finely although a screw for adjusting fully closed opening is abolished, thus reducing the number of components and assembly working hours and hence reducing costs.
