Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively prevent the stay of liquefied fuel to thereby control the generation of incompletely burnt or unburnt gas.
SOLUTION: An engine is provided with an insulator 120 which has the axial ends opposed to an intake port 12A1 having an intake passage with its opening being gradually reduced in cross section as closer to the combustion chamber side of a cylinder and a carbureter for supplying a mixture to the intake port 12A1, respectively, wherein a projection 120B to be fitted to the intake port 12A1 side is formed on the insulator 120 and a communication hole 121 communicating with at least the lower part of the inner periphery of the intake port 12A1 is formed in the projection 120B.
