Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure intake pressure and atmospheric pressure with one pressure measurement sensor without relying on a running state.SOLUTION: An intake device (1) comprises: a throttle valve (201) installed on an intake passage (202); a branch pipe section (211) with one edge thereof connected to the intake passage at a downstream side of the throttle valve and the other edge thereof connected to an atmosphere opening port (214); a pressure measurement sensor (24) which measures atmosphere pressure through the branch pipe section; and a valve body (212) which is installed inside the branch pipe section and selectively switched between a first position (P1) to open a communication passage (22) leading to the intake passage and a second position (P2) to open the atmosphere opening port. The intake device switches the valve body to: the first position when an opening of the throttle valve is not more than a predetermined amount so that the pressure measurement sensor measures intake pressure in the intake passage; and the second position when the opening of the throttle valve is larger than the predetermined amount so that the pressure measurement sensor measures atmospheric pressure through the atmosphere opening port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
